At Serenity Spa & Nails, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our valued clients. While all our manicures, pedicures, and nail services are non-refundable, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you're not entirely satisfied, please let us know promptly. We'll happily make adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction before you leave our salon.
NAIL REPAIR POLICY
- Our salon offers complimentary corrective services approved by management for technician errors.
- Kindly note that post-service changes in polish, gel, or dip powder colors are not eligible for complimentary corrections.
- Although we aim for perfection, manicures are not guaranteed; however, we provide a complimentary chip touch-up within 24 hours of your service.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:
- Suspected contagious nail conditions
- Presence of open or infected wounds in the treatment area
- Suspected contagious illness or compromised health
- Late arrivals exceeding 10-15 minutes
- Inappropriate behavior towards our technicians or other clients
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
PERSONAL ITEMS
We regretfully cannot assume responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS
- We know plans can change unexpectedly. To serve you better, please give us at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.
- Clients more than 10-15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure timely service for all.
CHILD SAFETY
- For the safety of our guests, we kindly ask parents supervise young kinds during the services
- Our salon environment includes sharp tools and chemicals, posing potential risks to young children.
- Please arrange childcare prior to your visit for a relaxing and safe experience.
